Welcome. Thanks for taking a peek at my new blog where i hope highlight the terrible infrastructure provided for cyclists on the Isle of Man. Don’t dispair though I will be talking about what good… after all you don’t get world tour athletes by being a complete dump do you.
The island has some beautiful country lanes, brutal climbs and stunning vistas. Closer to town though the car stifles daily life. The prom looks like a dirty shambles of a car park, cycle routes abruptly end on three lanes of traffic and bicycle parking is a theifs dream if you can find any. Let’s explore the fuckwittery of the DoI and see what we can do better.
